As the leaves turn golden and the air gets crisp, there’s nothing quite like wrapping your hands around a warm mug of pumpkin spiced latte. This homemade version skips the sugar but keeps all the cozy, comforting flavors you crave. Made with real pumpkin purée and a fragrant blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves, it’s like autumn in liquid form.
Whether you’re curled up with a book, watching the rain fall, or just need a little seasonal pick-me-up, this latte delivers. It’s creamy, spiced just right, and can be made dairy-free with almond or oat milk. Plus, it’s easy to customize—add a dash of vanilla, a swirl of whipped cream, or a sprinkle of extra spice on top.
The best part? You don’t need a fancy espresso machine or a trip to the coffee shop. Just a saucepan, a whisk, and a few minutes of your time. One sip, and you’ll understand why this drink has become a fall favorite.
