Pumpkin Spice Latte

Equipment

  • 1 Milk Steamer
  • 1 Espresso Machine Coffee Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (see recipe)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • optional sweetened of your choice
  • optional whipped cream topping

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk, pumpkin spice and vanilla over a medium heat. Stir until hot but not boiling.
  • Use a whisk or milk frother to make it nice and frothy.
  • Pour the hot coffee or espresso into a mug.
  • Add the pumpkin mixture and stir gently.
  • Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
