Ingredients

cup
unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
1/2
tsp
pumpkin spice (see recipe)
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1
shot
espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
optional sweetened of your choice
optional whipped cream topping
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the milk, pumpkin spice and vanilla over a medium heat. Stir until hot but not boiling.
Use a whisk or milk frother to make it nice and frothy.
Pour the hot coffee or espresso into a mug.
Add the pumpkin mixture and stir gently.
Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon if desired.
