Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
  • Store in an airtight container or spice jar, in a cool dry space.
  • add 1 - 2 teaspoons to pumpkin pie filling, oatmeal, smoothies or coffee
