Ingredients

  • 2 loaves Cuban bread see recipe
  • 1/3 cup Mustard
  • 3/4 lbs Cuban style pork thinly sliced
  • 6 whole Dill pickles sliced lengthwise
  • 12 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Butter melted

Instructions

  • Cut the loaves of bread in half and lengthwise.
  • Spread each of the loaf halves lightly with the mustard.
  • Layer the half portions with the ingredients starting with the cheese and ending with cheese.
  • Spread the outside of the assemble sandwich with butter and place in the hot press.
  • Cook until the cheese is melted.
