- 2 loaves Cuban bread see recipe
- 1/3 cup Mustard
- 3/4 lbs Cuban style pork thinly sliced
- 6 whole Dill pickles sliced lengthwise
- 12 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1/3 cup Butter melted
Cut the loaves of bread in half and lengthwise.
Spread each of the loaf halves lightly with the mustard.
Layer the half portions with the ingredients starting with the cheese and ending with cheese.
Spread the outside of the assemble sandwich with butter and place in the hot press.
Cook until the cheese is melted.
