Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sea salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp dried carrot powder or finely ground dried carrots
  • 1 tbsp dried celery powder or finely ground dried celery
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric for color
  • 1 tsp parsley dried
  • 1 tsp dried lovage
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor or spice grinder until finely ground
  • Store in airtight container and use a 1:1 replacement for Vegeta
