Ingredients

  • 32 oz tomatoes canned
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic mince or pressed to a garlic press
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the contents of the canned tomatoes and minced garlice in a food processor or a blender. Pluse the contents till they are smooth.
  • In a heavy sauce pan, add the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and cool for 15 - 20 min. Let the sauce cool a bit before using.
