Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken breast
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes crushed fine
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups Frying oil
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • lettuce
  • 4 slices tomatoes
  • 4 slices onion
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Dressing see recipes.com for recipe
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tbsp Paprika
  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 4 slices Pickles optional

Instructions

  • In a plastic bag. Add 1 piece of the chicken breast and beat the meat to flatten a bit.
  • Season the chicken. mix the spices, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika in a bowl. Dust the chicken with the spices. Add the left over spices to the bowl of crunched up corn flakes and mix well.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl large enough to dredge the chicken.
  • Add the egg covered chicken to the crunched up & season corn flakes. Make sure the chicken is completely covered with the flakes.
  • In a pan of oil heated to 375 degrees. Add the corn flake batter chicken and cooke until golden brown. About 7 to 10 minutes.

Prepare the Sandwich

  • Spread the ranch dressing on each side of the bun.
  • Layer the items on the bun starting with Lettuce, Chicken, Cheese, Tomato, onion and pickle.
  • Serve with Fries
