Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Lukewarm water
  • 2 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • Extra flour for coating
  • 3 tsp Butter soft

Instructions

  • Mix yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup lukewarm water, mix and keep aside.
  • In a large bowl, add melted butter, flour, salt, mix and then pour the liquid yeast mix into it and mix.
  • Add more lukewarm water to knead and form the dough. Let it be covered and kept in a warm place for one hour until it doubles in size.
  • Now deflate the dough, form into rolls and pale on baking sheet. Rest again for 30 minutes.
  • Slash the rolls vertically, spray water on top of bread, and dust some flour on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
